Installation of production line for PVC-expanded leather in Changzhou.

Scope of work:

• Unloading and move-in of all delivered machinery
• Unpacking and disposal of waste packing material
• Positioning of all components according to the layout
• Erection and installation of the steel platform
• Detailed mechanical assembly
• Installation of air ducts
• Installation of cable trays and ducts, cable pulling
• Connection of cables
• Delivery and installation of piping systems for:
  • compressed air
  • cooling water (incl. Armaflex insulation)
  • steam (insulation with Rockwool and gal. metal sheet), incl. x-ray test and documentation

Scope of supply:

• Approx. 6500 hours of mechanical and electrical works
• Divers forklifts, mobile cranes, working platforms
• Fully equipped tool container, other tools
• All materials for the piping systems, incl. installation materials and consumables

Remarks:

The second production line in Zhangjiagang was contracted with SINOSERV as well and successfully installed until February 2016
